Bird of Passage
An enthused newspaper review called the installation: “A poetic double vision”. By decorating the many windows in the triangular foyer of the old Hans Christian Andersen Museum, we created an object onto which we were able to project on all sides from within, effectively hiding all technical equipment. The projection mapping remixed Andersen’s original papercuts into a fractal-inspired universe of constant movement. A poetic, almost melancholic spaceship, constantly transforming without moving expressing themes of Andersen’s inner restlessness and search for a place to belong.
